Paint and Chips - Kid’s Birthday Parties

Updated: Sep 12, 2022

What is a Paint and Chip?

A Paint and Chip is a fun event designed for kid’s 5 years and older, to experience a fun painting activity with their friends! Hosted at Rose Soiree in Bulimba, Paint and Chip classes are private booking events, ideal for celebrating birthdays while introducing children to a new creative activity, away from that smart phone or tablet!

So much more than an awesome birthday party!

While painting for kids generally turns into a messy event, we have an Artist who will help guide them through the process, while allowing them to express their creativity and stimulate their mind throughout the event.

The venue itself can easily be turned into a themed event with ample space to decorate to your desired look, with seating for up to 32 little artists.

Why choose Rose Soiree?

Our goal at Rose Soiree, is to provide a safe space, free from any judgement where self-expression is highly encouraged!

One of Brisbane’s Paint and Sip destinations, Rose Soiree is located in the leafy green suburb of Bulimba. With ample parking and street front access our studio is easy to find with plenty of cafes within walking distance. Paint and Sip’s are traditionally an event for adults, operating as a BYO venue they are ideal for social gatherings with friends, team building events for workplaces, and a great activity for events such as hen’s nights and birthday parties.

Our Paint and Chip classes were created after receiving a large quantity of requests from local mothers wanting to introduce their children to an art activity such as painting, while gathering their kid’s friends together for a birthday party - Hence, Paint and Chip was born at Rose Soiree!

Furthermore, we know that safety for your little ones is paramount, this is why our art instructors have undergone a working with children’s check for your peace of mind.

Does my child need to have any painting experience?

In short, most certainly not. One of the best parts of a Paint and Chip is that they do not need to have any experience, or previous skills from painting lessons before attending.

How does a Paint and Chip work?

Upon arrival at the Paint and Chip, the Art Instructor will introduce themselves and check you and your child into the venue as part of our COVID safe plan. Once seated, your little artist will be given the brushes and paint required to create their masterpiece!

Can we have a painting created for our child’s birthday party?

Yes, we can accommodate an event specific piece of art for your team. When enquiring for your team event be sure to include this request with any images associated with potential ideas you may have.
