Firmly established as a foodie’s haven, Regional Flavours has now evolved and expanded from its long-standing format, to offer a new suite of programming, immersive experiences, and esteemed chefs- found and celebrated internationally.
Choose from mini versions of our popular painting Santorini Sunset or California Dreamin, and let our talented Artist take you through the experience of learning to create a masterpiece.

General Admission grants access into all areas of Global Fiesta, including World Stage, showcasing cooking demonstrations from celebrated chefs and live music; Destination Stage, featuring international song, dance and immersive acts; The Marketplace, celebrating globally inspired cuisines; Departure Lounge, complete with a riverfront DJ stage and leisure space, as well as Spice Tours at South Bank’s Epicurious Garden.
